Muv collects the information needed to take and fulfil an order — your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history — and nothing beyond that. Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay; your card or bank details never reach Muv's own servers.
Account information is used to let you track orders, save addresses, and reorder faster. Marketing communication is opt-in — see the checkbox on your account profile — and can be withdrawn at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

To request deletion, contact us through our Contact page and clearly mention that you are requesting deletion of your personal data. We may verify your identity before processing the request to protect your information.
Once verified, we will process the deletion request in accordance with applicable legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements. Certain records may need to be retained where required by law.
